Shipments

Shipping generally takes place within 3 working days from the date of the order as long as the products are present in our warehouses.

Delivery throughout Italy generally takes place within three working days of departure, while for poorly served areas an increase of 2-3 days is to be considered.

Upon departure of the goods, a shipment number is automatically sent through which the shipment can be monitored.

Any delays in deliveries of less than 30 (thirty) days do not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery of the Products, nor to claim compensation or compensation of any kind?
