Exchanges and returns

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to return the products ordered on www.sosashop.it within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the products. All returns must be perfectly intact and accompanied by the original packaging and any gadgets. The Customer must report the return by email to the email address info@sosashop.it and can then return the product to the following address:

Once we have received the products and verified their integrity, we will credit the entire amount excluding shipping costs. It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for products to which any personalization has been added (writing, numbers, logos, etc.).

SIZE CHANGE

The customer has the right to exchange the size of the item purchased on www.sosashop.it within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the products. All returns must be perfectly intact and accompanied by the original packaging and any gadgets. The Customer must notify the return by email to the email address info@sosashop.it and can then return the product at his own expense to the following address:

Once we have received the products and verified their integrity, we will send the product in the requested size. It is not possible to change the size for products to which any personalization has been added (writing, numbers, logos, etc.). The costs of returning the item are charged to the customer.
